Refund & Cancellation Policy
Terms for payments, project cancellations, and refunds for services provided by Iman Services LLP.

1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Iman Services LLP, including app development, web development, DevSecOps and cloud services, SaaS development, and CRM solutions. Because our services are customized professional services, refunds and cancellations are handled as described below and in the applicable service agreement.
2. Payments
- Project fees, payment milestones, and schedules are defined in the signed proposal or service agreement
- An advance payment is typically required before work begins
- Payments are accepted through the methods specified on our invoices
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
3. Cancellation by the Client
- You may request cancellation of a project at any time by written notice to us
- Work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed on a pro-rata basis
- Any advance payment covering work already performed or costs already incurred (such as licenses, infrastructure, or third-party services) is non-refundable
- Deliverables completed and paid for up to the cancellation date will be handed over to you
4. Cancellation by Iman Services
We reserve the right to cancel an engagement due to non-payment, breach of the service agreement, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, you will be billed only for work completed, and any unused advance for work not yet performed will be refunded.
5. Refunds
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the event giving rise to the request
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method
- Fees for milestones already delivered and accepted are non-refundable
- Third-party costs (domains, hosting, licenses, app store fees, cloud charges) are non-refundable once incurred
- Ongoing subscription or maintenance services can be cancelled with notice as per the service agreement; charges already billed for the current period are non-refundable
6. Revisions and Disputes
If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, please notify us in writing within the review period defined in your agreement. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to address concerns through revisions before any refund is considered. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the terms of the service agreement and the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bangalore, Karnataka.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
